Samsung has introduced the Digital Service Center, an all-encompassing platform designed to deliver a customized customer service experience for its products. Samsung users can access this Digital Service Center through the support menu on https://www.samsung.com/in or directly by visiting www.samsungdigitalservicecenter.com.
According to the company's announcement, this digital service center will cater to individual consumer requirements, offering simplified navigation, easy access to category-specific self-help content, dedicated DIY videos for various categories, a mobile app interface, and a consolidated page featuring model-specific repair and spare part prices.
Users will have access to a wide array of DIY videos that address various product-related issues. These videos will guide users on topics such as using the screen mirroring feature on their TV, connecting a Soundbar to the TV, installing a Samsung semi-automatic washing machine, setting up the Freestyle projector, and utilizing the auto restart feature in Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
Sunil Cutinha, the Vice President of Customer Service at Samsung India, stated, "At Samsung, we have always been committed to meeting the changing needs of our customers. The Digital Service Center represents a significant step in simplifying post-purchase services and providing personalized support to our valued consumers. We recognize that empowering our consumers means offering easy access to a digitalized ecosystem. The platform ensures user-friendly navigation and grants access to product-specific DIY videos, making it effortless for customers to find solutions to their queries."
Through the digital service center, Samsung provides numerous additional digital service options to its customers, enabling them to resolve their issues conveniently from the comfort of their homes. These options include WhatsApp Support, Remote Support, technical assistance through the call center, and access to do-it-yourself videos available on both the Samsung Website and YouTube.
With the digital service center, Samsung consumers can conveniently schedule appointments to receive priority service at service centers, take advantage of pick & drop service, locate nearby service centers, access warranty policy details, track repair status, obtain information on service costs, schedule callback requests through remote and visual support, and receive software updates.
