Interio By Godrej Revenue Crosses Rs 4,000 Crore In FY26, Targets 25% Growth Next Year

Interio by Godrej, the furniture and interior solutions business of Godrej Enterprises Group, reported revenue of Rs 4,000 crore for the financial year 2025-26, registering a healthy growth of 12 per cent over the previous year. The performance reflects the company's continued focus on expanding its footprint, improving customer experience and introducing innovative products across the country.

During FY26, the company strengthened its market presence by entering more than 100 new cities, helping it reach a wider customer base across both urban and emerging markets. The expansion comes at a time when demand for organised furniture solutions continues to grow, driven by rising disposable incomes, urbanisation and changing consumer preferences.

A key contributor to the company's growth was its strong product pipeline. Sales from newly introduced products accounted for 22 per cent of the overall business, highlighting the success of Interio's innovation-led strategy. The company has been focusing on developing furniture solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics and modern lifestyle requirements.

Interio also made significant progress in enhancing its service and logistics capabilities. During the year, it expanded its delivery and installation network from around 1,200 pin codes to more than 20,000 pin codes across India. This major expansion has improved accessibility and reduced delivery timelines for customers in both metro cities and smaller towns.

To further enhance customer convenience, the company introduced 24-hour delivery and installation services across all state capitals. The initiative is aimed at improving customer satisfaction and creating a seamless buying experience in an increasingly competitive furniture market.

Looking ahead, Interio by Godrej has set an ambitious target of growing its revenue by 25 per cent in FY27. The company plans to achieve this through a combination of retail expansion, stronger online sales, deeper penetration into existing markets and the introduction of new furniture categories.

As part of its expansion strategy, Interio plans to open 102 new stores during the current financial year, with a special focus on North and East India. These regions are expected to offer significant growth opportunities as organised furniture retail continues to gain traction beyond major metropolitan centres.

Commenting on the outlook for the sector, Swapneel Nagarkar, Business Head and Executive Vice-President of Interio by Godrej, said the Indian furniture industry is entering a new phase where consumer expectations are evolving beyond basic functionality. Customers are increasingly seeking better design, flexibility, technology integration and enhanced living experiences in their furniture choices.

The company also highlighted the strong long-term potential of the industry, noting that the Indian furniture market is projected to reach approximately $45.52 billion by 2031. With increasing demand, rapid urban development and a growing preference for branded furniture solutions, Interio aims to strengthen its position as one of the leading players in the organised furniture segment.
