Shaily Engineering Plastics witnessed a promoter stake sale on June 18, with promoter shareholder Vanita L Nagda offloading 10.43 lakh shares through bulk deals across the NSE and BSE.

The shares were sold at prices ranging between ₹2,635 and ₹2,647 per share, taking the total transaction value to approximately ₹105 crore.

The development comes at a time when the company has been delivering strong financial performance and continues to benefit from demand across healthcare, personal care, consumer products and automotive segments.


Promoter exits part of holding through bulk deals

According to exchange data, Vanita L Nagda sold:

  • 4 lakh shares on the BSE at ₹2,635.05 per share
  • 6.43 lakh shares on the NSE at ₹2,646.51 per share

The combined transaction involved more than 10 lakh shares and was valued at over ₹105 crore.


Stock sees short-term pressure despite strong long-term returns

Shaily Engineering shares have witnessed some profit booking in recent sessions.

The stock has declined nearly 8% over the last five trading sessions. However, the broader trend remains positive.

Over the past month, the stock has gained around 3%, while six-month returns stand at approximately 15%. On a one-year basis, the stock has generated returns of more than 58%.


Q4 profit jumps over 40%

The company reported a strong set of quarterly numbers for Q4FY26.

Consolidated net profit rose 40.5% year-on-year to ₹40.2 crore, while revenue from operations increased 9% year-on-year to ₹237 crore.

The earnings growth reflects healthy demand across key business segments and improving operational performance.


FY26 earnings deliver strong growth

The company's full-year performance was even more impressive.

For FY26, consolidated net profit surged 83% year-on-year to ₹169.9 crore compared with ₹93.1 crore in FY25.

Revenue from operations rose 26% year-on-year to ₹990.7 crore, up from ₹786.8 crore in the previous financial year.

The sharp increase in profitability highlights the company's ability to scale revenues while improving earnings momentum.
