In the third IWG meeting, substantive progress will be discussed towards the workstreams of the 2023 infrastructure agenda. The flagship priority to be discussed in this meeting is ‘financing cities of tomorrow: inclusive, resilient and sustainable", the statement said.
On the sidelines of the working group meetings, two side events have also been planned. Discussions will allow G20 decision-makers to examine challenges ranging from climate change to infrastructure resiliency, fast urbanization and inclusiveness. They will also examine the role of technology and digitization.
On 27 June, a roundtable on making India a maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) hub is scheduled with an agenda to discuss opportunities that India has to offer in the MRO space. India is keen to make the country a hub for MRO activities in the aviation sector.
