Globe International Carriers Ltd, a leading cargo transportation and logistics solutions provider, reported a significant improvement in its financial performance for FY26, driven by steady revenue growth and enhanced operational efficiency.
The company posted a net profit of Rs 11.62 crore during FY26, registering more than a two-fold increase compared to the previous financial year. The strong earnings growth reflects the company's focus on execution, operational excellence and diversification across business segments.
Revenue from operations increased by 11.7% year-on-year to Rs 174.92 crore during FY26, compared with Rs 156.65 crore recorded in FY25. The growth was supported by healthy demand across the logistics sector and the company's expanding service offerings.
Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Subhash Agrawal stated that the group’s continued emphasis on efficiency, disciplined execution and business diversification enabled it to deliver resilient results despite operating in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
During FY26, Globe International Carriers expanded beyond its core logistics business by entering the hospitality sector through its subsidiary, Govind Kripa Infratech. The subsidiary signed an agreement with OPO Hotels & Resorts to operate and manage a 56-room upscale hotel in Jaipur, marking the company’s strategic diversification into hospitality and tourism-related businesses.
The company also strengthened its technological capabilities during the year with the launch of the first phase of its proprietary AI-driven Smart Procurement and Vehicle Placement Interface. The platform utilizes a WhatsApp-based chatbot ecosystem designed to automate vehicle sourcing across Globe International’s PAN-India logistics network.
Management believes the technology-driven initiative will improve operational efficiency, optimize fleet utilization and enhance service delivery for customers across the logistics value chain.
The combination of higher revenue, improved profitability, strategic diversification and digital transformation initiatives highlights Globe International Carriers’ efforts to build a more scalable and future-ready business model.
As the company continues to invest in technology and explore new growth opportunities beyond transportation and logistics, it aims to strengthen its competitive position while creating long-term value for stakeholders.
